Radonmätningar
Miljö-och hälsoskyddsförvaltningen i Stockholm har inkommit med en begäran om mätning av radon i våra fastigheter. Man vill veta om det finns markradon, därför kommer samtliga lägenheter i markplan mätas. Utöver dessa skall 20 % av de övriga lägenheterna mätas. Mätningen skall genomföras under eldningssäsong (vintersäsong mellan 1 oktober – 30 april)
Mätningen är en långtidsmätning som skall pågå i minst 2 månader, men helst 3 månader. Ni kommer att få två dosor per lägenhet och mätningen skall utföras i 2 utrymmen. Man skall inte placera dosorna i utrymme med frånluft, d v s badrum, kök eller klädkammare. Lägg inte mätdosorna i skåp, garderob, förråd eller liknande. Bäst plats är i sovrum, vardagsrum eller hall.
Referensnivån är max 200 Bq/m3, styrelsen kommer att samla in mätdosor efter mätning och skickas till Eurofins för analys. Eurofins kommer sammanställa en rapport med resultat som kommer skickas till styrelsen som sedan informerar medlemmar.
Under vecka 49 kommer mätdosor att läggas ut i brevlådor. Mätningen startar i och med att du klipper upp aluminiumpåsen och placerar ut mätdosan i lägenheten. Aluminiumpåsen sorteras som metall och behöver inte sparas vid retur. Låt mätdosorna ligga på samma plats under hela mätperioden och lev och bo som vanligt.
Under vecka 10 2024 kommer vi samla in alla mätdosor, ett nytt mail kommer då gå ut med instruktioner.

Radon measurement
The environmental and health protection administration in Stockholm has received a request for measurement of radon in our properties. They want to know if there is ground radon, so all apartments on the ground floor will be measured. In addition to these, 20% of the other apartments must be measured. The measurement must be carried out during the heating season (winter season between 1 October – 30 April)
The measurement is a long-term measurement that must last for at least 2 months, but preferably 3 months. You will receive two boxes per apartment and the measurement must be carried out in 2 spaces. The boxes must not be placed in spaces with exhaust air, i.e. bathrooms, kitchens or wardrobes. Do not put the measuring boxes in cupboards, wardrobes, storage rooms or the like. The best place is in the bedroom, living room or hallway.
The reference level is a maximum of 200 Bq/m3, the board will collect measuring boxes after measurement and send them to Eurofins for analysis. Eurofins will compile a report with results that will be sent to the board, which will then inform members.
During week 49, measuring boxes will be placed in mailboxes. The measurement starts when you cut open the aluminum bag and place the measuring box in the apartment. The aluminum bag is sorted as metal and does not need to be saved upon return. Leave the measuring boxes in the same place during the entire measurement period and live as usual.
During week 10 2024, we will collect all measuring boxes, a new email will then go out with instructions.
The board
